Payment
A deposit of €300 is required to secure a place and is refunded except in the case of damage, breakages, if the student/ young professional leaves during the academic year or does not take the room after having secured it. Rathmore is open throughout the entire academic year, up to 36 weeks duration. The residence is closed for Christmas, 23rd December – 4th January, inclusive.

Please note:
Should you cancel your booking after you have paid your deposit and taken up residence, you are liable for full accommodation fees. Rathmore will use its reasonable endeavours to re-license the room. If Rathmore is able to re-license the room, you will be entitled to receive credit for the balance of the accommodation fees paid by you in advance which corresponds to the period in which the room is re-licensed. Please note: Should you cancel your accommodation after paying the deposit you will not receive your deposit back.
