The personal data we collect can include information about your identity and contact details; images/photo (including CCTV); parent/guardian contact details; previous accommodation; academic progress; nationality; language; medical data; financial information including bank account details (re. fees payment); and other personal data.

Your application to stay in Rathmore.
To care for your dietary requirements.
To care for our staff and residents.
To comply with our legal obligations.
To process appeals, resolve disputes and defend litigation etc.

An Garda Síochána, for the purpose of Garda Vetting. They may use it to verify other information they have about you, and aggregate it with other data they already hold on you.

Most personal data is destroyed at the end of the academic year. We retain some data for a longer period (i.e. retained after you leave Rathmore).
